1. Return Policy

At Contra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Additional charges may apply for items of greater value.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
